To begin working with a customer, you’ll first need to create their contact profile within 17hats. There are four ways customers can be added to the platform: CSV File, Lead Capture Forms and Email Rules, Zapier Integration, and manually. Click the buttons below to see further details on each method.

CSV File

Upload contacts in bulk using the CSV file upload option. This method will allow you to apply different tags and contact types for the entire list.

Lead Capture Form

Lead Capture Forms (LCF) replace your current “Contact Me” method and automates the population of contacts into 17hats. You can also create a Lead Capture Email rule so leads from The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Showitfast websites are brought into the platform automatically.

When a potential customer fills out your LCF they will be brought in as a Hot Lead contact type. A contact profile and project will immediately be created allowing you to begin working with the lead faster.

Zapier Integration

Zapier is a service that allows you to integrate thousands of web applications together. The integration will allow you to import, update and sync Contacts from 17hats to an outside source, and vise-versa! This makes it easier to keep everything up to date, especially for your mass email marketing tools.

Manual Creation

You can manually add a contact from the Leads or Contacts page. The Leads page will allow you to add a Hot Lead through a basic contact form, or through a previously created Lead Capture Form. The Contacts page will allow you to add any type of contact using only the basic contact form.

Once you have your contacts added to the platform, you can begin work by adding a Project to their profile.
