How to send and receive email replies from different email addresses within 17hats

When using the 17hats Multi-User feature, if you are wanting to send emails from each User's "My Account" email, and have client replies come back to those specific user email addresses then you will need to use the 17hats Mail Server as your Outgoing Server setting within your account.

Please note: Sending emails via the 17hats Mail Server using a free email address (e.g. one that ends in @gmail.com, @outlook.com, @icloud.com, @yahoo.com, etc.) will result in your emails being much, much more likely to be classified as spam and rejected by the recipient mail server. If you have a free email address, please be sure to connect it in the Outgoing Email section of your Email Settings page in 17hats.

Once you change the Outgoing Server in 17hats to the 17hats Mail Server you will be able to send from any of your synced user email addresses, and replies to these emails will come back to those specific user e-mail address. 

Examples:

User Account Settings:

Emails sent from Jenny within 17hats will send from: Jenny@17hats.com, and replies to those emails will come to this inbox. 

Owner Email Settings:

Now, when the Owner (Alexa) logs in, emails will send from her email address, Alexa@17hats.com and replies to those emails will come to that inbox. 

Using your Own Outgoing Server:
You can choose to sync your own mail server as your outgoing server, and have every email sent from 17hats, regardless of the user logged in, sent from that specific email address. 

* This feature may not be available on all plan types.
