You may cancel your account at any time in 3 steps:
Log in and navigate to Account Settings
Click on the Plan Information tab
Click on the "Cancel Account" button and enter the reason for cancelling
If you have multiple accounts, you will need to log in to your main account and go to your account settings to cancel. Once done, your account will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle. Please be sure to download any data you wish to keep for your records before the end of your billing cycle; access to the platform, and thus this data, requires an active subscription.
If you're canceling within your first 30-days and wish to get a refund, contact email@example.com.
