How do I cancel my account?

We'll be sorry to see you go, but cancelling your account is easy! To cancel your 17hats account:

  1. Log in and navigate to Account Settings

  2. Click on the Plan Information link in the left menu

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Account button

  4. Enter the reason for cancelling (this is optional, but if there's any way we can improve our service we appreciate the feedback!)

If you have Linked Brands, you will need to log in to your Main Brand in order to see the Cancel Account button. You can see which Brand is the Main Brand on your My Account Info page:

You will retain access to the account until the end of your current paid billing cycle, but your account will not renew automatically after cancellation; you can check the date your account access will end at the top of your Plan Information page. Please be sure to download any data you wish to keep for your records before this date; access to the platform, and thus this data, requires an active subscription.
