PDF's can be created by clicking "Print" on your documents page, and using your browser's print function.
Regardless of the browser you're using, you'll need to select the PDF option in the print dialog menu. Additionally, you may also want to disable the header and footer information within the settings or preferences.
Below, you'll see examples of the various print dialog menu's you may encounter.
Note:
For a high resolution PDF, be sure to click on "Preview", then Print.
Windows Desktop
Windows (Chrome)
In the Print Dialog Menu, select "Adobe PDF" as the printer.
Disable header and footer information by going to File > Page Setup
Windows (Internet Explorer/Edge)
In the Print Dialog Menu, under "Select Printer", select the PDF option
You may opt to disable header and footer information while in the print dialog box using the "preferences" option.
Windows (Firefox)
In the Print Dialog Menu, under "Name", select the PDF option
You may opt to disable header and footer information while in the print dialog box using the "properties" option.

Mac (Opera):
In the Print Dialog Menu, under "Destination", select "Save as PDF"
You may opt to disable header and footer information while in the print dialog box of your browser.
Mac (Chrome):
In the Print Dialog Menu, under "Destination", select "Save as PDF"
You may opt to disable header and footer information while in the print dialog box of your browser.
Mac (Firefox):
In the lower section of the print dialog menu, select the PDF drop down, select save as PDF
