Restore recently deleted Contacts and Projects

Learn how to restore Contacts and Projects deleted within the last 30 days

You can now restore Contacts and Projects deleted in the last 30 days.


How to restore a deleted Contact in 17hats:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings and find “Restore” at the bottom of the menu.

  2. The first tab shows you all Contacts deleted within the last 30 days.

  3. To restore a Contact, select the arrow dropdown on the right and choose “Restore.”

PLEASE NOTE: When a Project is deleted within 10 minutes of the Contact, the Project will also be automatically restored when the Contact is restored.

How to restore a deleted Project in 17hats:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings and find “Restore” at the bottom of the menu.

  2. The second tab shows you all Projects deleted within the last 30 days.

  3. To restore a Project, select the arrow dropdown on the right and choose “Restore.”

If both a Contact and Project were deleted, restoring a Project will also restore the Contact.

Project details that will not be restored are as follows:

  • Project Dates

  • Online Scheduling Bookings

  • Calendar Events

  • To-Dos

  • Workflows

  • Lifecycles

Projects are restored as Active Projects and will need to be archived again if they were archived prior to being deleted.
