One of the first tasks you will want to complete when setting up your 17hats account is to upload your logo. We accept .jpg, .png, and .gif files for your logo but suggest you keep the width to a maximum of 640 pixels (and height of 400px).
To upload your logo:
Click on the gear icon next to your initials/company name located on the top right corner of your page. This will bring you to the "My Account" page.
On the sidebar, click to open the "Brand Preferences" page. You'll then be able to customize your account background, logo, colors & fonts, and text. Learn more about customizing your brand preferences here.
Next, click on the "Logo" tab to upload your image.
Your logo will then appear on all invoices, quotes, contracts, and questionnaires as well as the email that goes out for those specific document types. If you do not upload a logo, your company name will be displayed at the top instead.
Please note that any changes to your logo may take up to 15 minutes before appearing visible on previously created correspondence.
