If you're having trouble connecting to Key Bank, this may be why: Key Bank blocks 17hats until you authorize the connection from within your online banking settings with Key Bank.
To enable a connection between Key Bank and 17hats, log in at the site "https://accounts.key.com/" and enable third party access. Third party access can be enabled by navigating to: Self Service -> Security Center ->Third Party Access tab.
Once completed, try connecting your account in 17hats again and verifying. If this does not work, please notify Key Bank and someone on their support team will assist you.
