When attempting to connect to your bank, you may have received the message "Your institution returned zero accounts associated with your login." Unfortunately, this means our banking partner was not able to find any accounts associated with your account ID when requesting it from your bank or financial institution.
If this happens, we suggest typing your bank name in the "Search" field on the "My Account", "Account Settings", "Bookkeeping Options" page instead of clicking on the icon for your bank.
If that doesn't work, trying searching for a different variation of your bank name (for example, RBC vs Royal Bank). Try all variations that are listed. If you are still unsuccessful, we recommend contacting your bank / financial institution for further assistance.
