17hats Customization Options
You'll be able to customize emails, contracts, and signatures using the text editor bar on the top of your email, contract, or signature editor shown below.
Paragraph Formatting - You can update the formatting of the paragraph to normal, quote, code, or header text
Bold, Italicize, Underline, & Strike-Through options - The next four buttons allow you to bold, Italicize, underline, or strike-through text.
Bulleted & Numbered Lists - You can also include lists of text in either bulleted or numbered lists to call more attention to specific information, or organize the text further.
Links - To include a link to another website, simply highlight the text you want to lead to the site, then use the chain-link icon to include the website URL.
Once you click the link icon, you'll be prompted to insert the link. A pop-up will appear where you're able to add the website URL.
Once saved, the text will appear blue and the text will lead to the website you provided once sent.
Insert Image - To add an image to your emails and contracts, you will first need to host the image on a public site. Once hosted, you can use the image icon to provide the direct link and allow the image to appear in your message or contract.
