Determine Your Account Type

First, you'll need to determine which email plan you have subscribed to with CrazyDomains:

If you're not sure which service you have, please contact CrazyDomains Support and ask for the full IMAP and SMTP settings for your email account.

For their "Regular Email Hosting" product, please use the following settings:

Incoming Settings (SSL Enabled)

Username: Your CrazyDomains email address
Password: Your CrazyDomains webmail password
IMAP Server: cp-wc45.per01.ds.network
Port: 993
SSL: Yes

Outgoing Settings (SSL Enabled)

Username: Your CrazyDomains email address
Password: Your CrazyDomains webmail password
SMTP Server: cp-wc45.per01.ds.network
Port: 465
SSL: Yes

--------------------------

If you can't connect via SSL for some reason, you may be able to connect with the following settings:

Incoming Settings (SSL Disabled)

Username: Your CrazyDomains email address
Password: Your CrazyDomains webmail password
IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com (for example, if your domain was 17hats.com, this would be "mail.17hats.com")
Port: 143
SSL: No

Outgoing Settings (SSL Disabled)

Username: Your CrazyDomains email address
Password: Your CrazyDomains webmail password
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 25
SSL: No

--------------------------

If you're still having trouble, please contact Support with a screenshot of the settings you used, and any error message you receive. Example:

Keywords: crazy, domains, crazydomains, email, imap, smtp, server, port, ssl, connect, incoming, outgoing
