17hats has a variety of formatting options you can use within the platform. If you'd like to change the type of font, color or other formatting options we suggest using the HTML feature in 17hats.
Not an HTML expert? No worries! You can use a website to generate the code for you!

To begin customizing your content, first go to a site that will generate HTML code for you. One example of such a service is https://wordtohtml.net
Copy and Paste the content of your message or contract into the WordtoHTML site. You can then edit the content directly on the WordtoHTML site to appear how you wish. This is shown on the left side of the image below.
Once you have the contact formatted how you wish, copy the HTML code it gives you shown above on the right side of the image.
Next, navigate to 17hats and open the message, contract, or signature you're customizing.
Within the editing screen in 17hats, use the <> symbol to switch to HTML view. If any content appears, remove any of the content that is already there
Next, paste the code you copies from the WordtoHTML site and "uncheck" the HTML button to preview. This will give you a preview of what the content will look like!
Finally, save or send your message, contract, or email signature.
