You can move emails between projects as long as the email address the email is to/from is saved as a Related Contact on the new Contact's project, or is the Project's main Contact's primary email address.
Within each project, you will see a list of emails sent and received to/from that contact at the bottom of the project page, under "Emails". This will also include any email you send within your primary email provider so long as it's sent from a synced "incoming email account":
To move an email, open the email within the project and click the dropdown arrow to select the new project within list:
Note: If the Email is part of a thread, the entire thread will then be moved to the new project selected.
Each message will automatically be sorted to the most recently created project for the contact displayed in the From field. If there is more than one project an email can go to they will appear on your dashboard as waiting to be sorted. For more information on this, please click the button below.
