A Lead Capture Email rule allows 17hats to monitor an email address for new messages from WeddingWire, TheKnot.com, or ShowitFast websites. 

For this to work, the email address you get notifications from needs to be actively connected within the Incoming Email section of your 17hats Account. If your incoming email address stops syncing, leads can no longer be brought into 17hats. Luckily, the fix for this is easy! 

There are three easy steps to reconnect your Lead Capture Email and bring in new customers into 17hats

First, go to your Account Settings > Email Settings page and delete the current email address(es) shown as not connected. You'll be able to tell which account is not connected by the date, or by the red X next to the address. 

To delete the email address, click the arrow icon at the end of the address and select the delete option. 

Next, you'll need to reconnect the email address. Click the "connect account" button within the Incoming Email Section.

A pop-up will appear for you to select your email provider. Then enter your email address login credentials so the account can connect. 

Once that is completed, the final step is to go to your Lead Capture Forms template page and re-select the email address notifications go to. Simply, open the form for your Knot, WeddingWire, or ShowitFast email Lead Capture Form. Then, click the "edit" button and re-select the email address lead notifications go to. 

Please note, it will look as if the email addresses are still connected. You MUST edit the form and re-select the email address you want the platform to look at for lead notifications to be brought in. 

Once this is done, all new leads that fill out a form from those sites will be brought into 17hats. Any existing notifications that did not get pulled in will need to manually be entered.
