Most successful businesses all have a consistent, personable, and repeatable client experience. With a few 17hats features, you can automate your client experience to save you time to focus on what you do best! 

We recommend thinking of your client experiences in four Processes: Lead Management, Booking, Onboarding, and Fulfilment. 

The Lead Management Process will eliminate any worries’  you’ve had about missing a new client! You’ll organize, systemize, and automate your experience in three steps. First, capture your potential clients using our Lead Capture Form. Next, quickly respond and learn more with a Questionnaire and Email — finally, follow-up with a phone call or email. With our Workflow feature, you’ll automate by letting 17hats do 80% of the work for you.


The Booking Process will turn your lead into a paying client. Make it easy for your lead to book and compress a multi-day process into a few minute experience. 

With one Email, you will send your Quote, Contract, and Invoice so your lead can complete their booking in minutes.


Your Onboarding Process will establish your business as knowledgeable and professional. You will prepare yourself and your Clients for what’s coming next! This stage begins once your Client has booked or paid you and runs through the Project Date. Your goal is to familiarize your Client with you and your business and vice versa. This will eliminate random questions leading up to the Project and will make your Client feel confident in you and your services.


The final process is your Fulfillment Process. You started your business because you have a passion for something; Now you provide that passion to others and get paid for it. Congrats to you!

Those tasks you complete to prepare, execute, and deliver your something, is what comprises the Fulfillment Process. With this process, you will create a master checklist of everything you do to fulfill your Client’s needs. The benefits: reduce stress, stay organized, and make sure you know what to do and when to do it.
