The 17hats Dashboard, or overview page, is your one location to see the items you’ll need to complete or check in on each day. Below, you’ll get a preview of each element on the Dashboard. You will be able to read more by using the links provided.
 

Dashboard Overview

Your Dashboard will give you a preview of upcoming events for the week, the most recent document activity, new leads, emails, and tasks you need to complete for the day.
 

Calendar Overview

The calendar overview shows you a snapshot of what’s coming up in the next three to five days depending on the size of your screen.
 
To access your full calendar view, click on CALENDAR on the Features Tab menu on the left-hand side.

The World of Easier Setup Guide

The World of Easier setup guide will walk you through how to set up your 17hats account using our prescribed process. Click the “Dive in to make things easier” bar to open the platform to begin. 

Let’s Take Care of Business Section

This section shows you a rundown of your current tasks across all of your 17hats projects. You can view more details of each item by clicking each area. You can also snooze these notifications to remind you on a later date.

Try out the “Grouping” filter to see these items sorted by Leads, Documents, To Do’s, and Emails.

 

Weather Widget

About to head out for the day? See the current temperature, high and low for the day, the date and time, as well as when the sun will set for the day. The information shown here is pulled in based on the zip code listed within your Account Settings.

Recent Client Activity

This section shows what has happened with the last five documents. You can expand this view and see all activity by clicking the “See All Activity” link. 

Pending items

This area shows a breakdown of your pending documents by their type. You can click into each category to pull up specific contact and project names and go directly to the document.
