When a new lead is automatically added to your 17hats account via a 17hats Lead Capture Form, it is brought in under "New Leads" on your Dashboard:
And on your Leads tab:
Once certain actions are performed within 17hats, the lead will then move to "Active" and be removed from your Dashboard.
We have listed these actions below, along with common actions that do not move the lead out of the "New" section.
Moves New Lead to Active Lead
- Manually sent email
- “Approve before sending” Workflow email
- Manually move a lead from "New" to "Active" by clicking the X on the Dashboard next to their information:
Doesn't Move New Lead to Active Lead
- Automatic Workflow email (first step - auto sends)
- Email sent to lead from within email provider
