Map your client's answers on questionnaire documents to either their contact fields or project fields (including custom fields!).
To do this, edit or add a new question to your questionnaire and use the dropdown "Maps to:" -
You will see that if the field has already been filled in then the information will be pre-populated in the questionnaire. It can then be changed or left as is when submitting:
Important to Note:
- Users will not have the option to add "maps to Project Date", as editing this should require the 17hats User's approval (and not be changed by your Clients or Leads).
- You can map to "Project Notes" multiple times. Each answer that is mapped to this field will create its own Project Note, saved in the order they are within the questionnaire.
- Project Notes will not show as pre-populated answers on questionnaires.
