Have you ever had to send multiple different questionnaires for just one project? Now you can easily tell the difference between them, by using customized Display Titles!

On the Templates page, you can save each Quote, Contract, Invoice or Questionnaire template with a Display Title which will be pre-populated every time you use this template.

You can also update this at any time once the document has been added to a project.

Note:
Custom document display titles are only visible on client-facing Document URLs, and Client Portals

Once you have a custom Display Title saved on the document, you can "preview" it to see what your Client will see:

Note: The Document ID name (Quote: #, Invoice #) will not be affected/changed by the Display Title

If you choose not to input a Display Title, the default Document Title will be used (Brand Preferences > Text > Title). By default, these Document Titles are:

  • Quote

  • Contract

  • Invoice

  • Questionnaire

In your customer's/client's Client Portal, you will now see the custom Display Title for each individual document show, and the Brand Preferences Titles will show along the top tab section.

Feel free to reach out via Live Chat if you still have any remaining questions and we'll be happy to help out!
