You can create a filter in your email inbox - in this example we're using Gmail/Google Workspace - and push those emails to a "17hats" folder, forward them to another email address, or take other actions. Filters in Gmail are created from the Search Bar:
You can paste this search query into the box to find all system notifications from 17hats:

This searches for all emails from @17hatsmail.com, which also have "quote" or "contract" or "invoice" or "questionnaire" or "lead" in their subject line, or "A booking has been made" in the body. To see the search settings menu and create a filter using this query, click the settings icon boxed in green above and then click Create filter:
Check the appropriate boxes based on what you want the filter to do. The boxes checked in this example will push all system notification emails from 17hats to a "17hats" folder ("Labels" in Google work just like folders in other email providers) so they don't show up in your inbox. You will still see the "Unread" counter next to the label, so you know you have new emails. The final checkbox will apply these actions to any existing messages you found with the search:
