With 17hats Online Scheduling you can designate a location that your service will occur at. Examples: Your location for a consultation might be your home office. A feedback session might occur via a phone call.

Creating a Location for Online Scheduling allow you inform your lead or client about where to meet you for the service.

HOW IT WORKS

Templates

When you save a location in an Online Scheduling Service, it becomes a template. This allows you to reuse the same location details in different services.

You can have an unlimited amount of location templates in your service.

Location Types

There are three different types of Locations: In Person, Phone Call, and Zoom (Advanced Online Scheduling).

In Person Location

An In Person Location will allow you to add the Location Name, Location Address, and Location Notes.

Notes is a great place to add important information you need them to know about the location.

Example: Parking instructions, gate code, or anything you need them to do when they arrive.

Phone Location

Phone Location will allow you to add the Location Name, Phone Number Address, and Location Notes.

Notes is a great place to add important information you need them to know about the phone call.

Example: Notes can include a call back number, instructions, and that you will be calling them.

Zoom Location

Zoom is only available in Online Scheduling Advanced which is available for our Premier and Founding Members, and an upgraded module for our Standard Members.

First you will need to connect Zoom to your 17hats Account, then you will have access to the Zoom Location Type.

When selecting Zoom Type, you can add a location name and notes.

The integration will automatically create a unique Zoom URL for the meeting.

Tokens In Emails

Information from the Location Template can be reused in emails through Tokens. As seen below we are using Location Name, Address, and Notes which all correspond to the data in the template.

[scheduling]Location address token is used for all location types: Phone, In Person, and Zoom.
