Often when you are working on a project, there may be more than one person you need to contact throughout that project.  For example, if you are working on a wedding event, you may need to communicate with the Bride and Groom, or the Bride and Father of the Bride.

In addition to each project having one main contact, you can also have as many "Related Contacts" on each project as you'd like.

To add a related contact, from the project overview page click the "+" button on the bottom right next to the text "Related Contacts".

When the "Add Related Contact" window opens, you can add the relevant details. You will also notice, that if the contact is already in 17hats, it can auto-populate their information for you. (Make sure to check off "Hide from client list" to avoid an additional contact record being created and added to the list!

Related Contacts can then be sent questionnaires, quotes, contracts, invoices, or emails. They can also now be added as a signee on a contract, and CC'ed on emails sent from the project page.

**Important: When sending a document to a related contact, the Main Contact will receive the confirmation emails for all signed/accepted/completed documents. Meaning, they will have access to those forms. To avoid this, we advise that you create a separate project for the Related Contact and send your important documents through that new project.
