Create a Greetabl Template so you can quickly send a gift through the 1) Project Page or 2) a Workflow.
Create Greetabl Template
Account Settings > Account Templates - Emails and Documents
Name of Your Gift – Template Name
To – Greeting your client will see on the gift. Because you are creating a template you can use the Token that appears in this field. The Token will be replaced with your client's first name. This field has an 80 character maximum.
Make sure you add a , (comma) after the name if that is what you wish to do.
** You can preview how the Token is replaced by the name after the Template has been added to a Project.
Gift Message – Keep this short and sweet as only 300 character will fit. Don't worry, we will stop you if you get too long.
Q: Can I change the message before sending?
Yes, set your Workflow step to "approve before sending". Then you can review and adjust the text and images.
From – Your clients need to know who this awesome gift is from. You can use the Token with your Account Info First Name or change it to something else. This field has an 80 character maximum.
** You can preview how the Token is replaced by your name after the Template has been added to a Project.

Each Greetabl comes with a gift. Each gift is a different price. Select the gift that best fits your clients.
Select Your Print
This is the print your box will come in. Each print has a different cost and print selection is different based on the type of Greetabl account you have. (Free, Insider or Insider Pro)
Further customize by adding up to 3 SQUARE images.
Q: Can you add just 1?
A: Yes, you can!
Q: What if you don't add any or just add 1 or 2?
A: The pattern you select will fill the areas if you choose not to add images.
Q: Can I change these later?
Yes, set your Workflow step to "approve before sending." Then you can review and adjust the text and images.
** Filenames of your Custom Images should not contain any symbols or non plain-text characters (™, ®, ©, ¤, ₸, ℞, etc) or Greetabl will indicate an error upon submission of the order
Once the Template is created select Save.
Then you can add the template to your Workflow or select when you manually send through the Project page.
