If you would like to add an image or your logo to your email signature you can follow the steps below:

You first have to make sure your image is hosted publicly online. A few sites you can use are imgur.com, imgbb.com or upl.co. (Keep in mind we are not affiliated with these websites).

Once you upload your image or logo to one of these websites you need to make sure you're copying the DIRECT LINK so that you can add the image to your email signature. Depending on the site, you may need to create an account to access the direct link.

Once you copy this link you can now go back into 17hats.

You will need to go to your Account Settings > Email Settings > Email Signature.

Select a signature you already created in the past from the list of email signatures OR you can create a brand new email signature by selecting "Add New Signature"

You'll then need to select the portrait image icon that says "Insert Image".

Once you select Insert Image you'll see a pop up window like the screenshot below that asks you for an Image Web Link. This is where you paste your Direct Link that you copied from tinypic.com or upl.co. You can now select "Insert".

You'll then be able to see your logo within the email signature and you can now click "Save".
