Now you can easily mark items as complete in a workflow.  By marking these items as complete it only affects the specific workflow as it is being used with a project.

In the example below, The email for "Lead Follow-Up #1" was originally scheduled to be sent automatically the day after the project date.  Based on circumstances, some steps are not always needed.  Maybe, in this case, the topic was covered in another email, or you called them and spoke about their inquiry.  By marking the item as complete, that prevents your workflow from doing that step but will still indicate that task was completed, so that future items in the workflow can continue on.

Please Note: Items can not be "Marked as complete" unless they are the next step due (All other previous steps must be completed for this option to appear in your drop down menu.
