You can add Related Contact to your projects for contractors, vendors or second shooters.

Please note that if you email the Related Contact a document such as a contract, invoice, quote or questionnaire through the Client's project, the Client will receive an automatic email confirmation with a link to the completed document as they are the main contact. These emails include:

  • You have signed a contract Email (contract_confirmation)
  • You have paid an invoice Email (invoice_confirmation) 
  • You have accepted a quote Email (quote_confirmation) 
  • You have completed a questionnaire Email (questionnaire_confirmation)

To avoid this, we advise that you create a separate project for the Related Contact and send your important documents through that new project.
