Creating your Availability Rules is an important step in creating your Availability Schedule. While each schedule needs one rule, you an have as many rules as you need.
OVERVIEW
Your rules define when people can book with you. Rules can be recurring on certain days and times or they can be one off dates. Each rule will need a start date and time and an end date and time.
ADDING YOUR FIRST RULE
Click Add Rule to add a rule.
Start Date:Date in the future you wish your rule to start on.
Start and End Time:This is the timeframe you are available in. Repeats:None, Weekly, or Monthly
Repeat Every: If Repeats Weekly is selected, then you can Repeat every week, 2 weeks, or 3 weeks.
Ends:You can end the repetition after a specific number or recurrences or on a specific date. |

If you need different start and end times each day of the week, create different rules. |
If you want daily repetition, repeat weekly and then select the days for the repetition. |
Add a One-Off Date
In you would like to add a one off date, you can either create a rule, or click the date directly on to the availability calendar. Then you will be able to add a start and end time.
Delete a Rule
Deleting a rule happens immediately and sticks whether you save or not. However, you can always add it back if you accidentally delete one.
Delete the whole rule by clicking the X button next to the rule details.
Delete One Recurrence of a Rule
If you want to delete one recurrence of the rule, all you need to do is click the recurrence from inside the Availability Schedule. When prompted to delete, click the delete button.

The recurrence will then turn red, wish is a visual cue that it has been deleted. At that point, the time is removed off your online scheduling.
FAQs
Q: How do I create different time for the weekend than what I have for the week day.
A: Create your week day rule with Repeat set to weekly. Then select Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Then create a second rule which repeats on Saturday and Sunday. Then both rules can have different start and stop times.
Q: If I have a family vacation planned or doctor appointments, do I need to remove those times from my availability rules?
A: While you can, the easier way is to cross check your personal calendar. This means we will cross check your rules to your personal calendar to ensure there is no overlap.
