Learn how to add team members to your availability schedule in Online Scheduling

If you have multiple users on your 17hats Brand, then you will have access to team members when building your Availability Schedule. Here we will dive into how it works.

HOW IT WORKS

Here you will be able to enable which team member(s) are available to book with this schedule. If you are wanting to group the entire team as a whole with each service, then you can choose that option "Group Team When Booking Service" once more than one team member is selected.

Your Availability Schedule needs to have at least one team member selected.

One Team Member Enabled

This is the most straightforward selection. If one team member is selected, all bookings will go to that team member.

Two or More Team Member Enabled

If two or more team members are enabled, then the contact booking will be able to select which team member they would like or select "Any Team Member" option.

If the Any Team Member option is available, the account owner will be filled first and then will move to the other team members based on the order within Account Settings.

Each team member will be available for booking for each time slot.

Example: If you have availability at 8 am, then each team member can take a booking at 8 am.

Group Team When Booking Option

If you enable each team member you can also also enable Group as a Team. This option means each team member will be booked for all bookings.

Example: If you have availability at 8 am, the the whole team will be booked for that time slot.

Example: If you have availability at 8 am, the the whole team will be booked for that time slot. Individual team members cannot be selected and booked individually for that time.
