When creating your Availability Schedule for Online Scheduling, you can add one or multiple services to it. Here we will look at how to go about it.
HOW IT WORKS
Availability Schedule Name
Your Schedule name is NOT client facing and is only for your organizational purposes. When creating schedules we suggest to think about the locations of the services and how often you would like to allow for booking.
For example:
In office calls, phone meetings, Zoom Meetings
In Office Meetings
On Location Appointments
Because all my phone calls, Zoom meeting, and phone calls happen from the home office and 5 days a week, they can all go on the same Availability Schedule.
โ
However my in-office meetings such as consults and feedback session, while still in office, I only want those to occur on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Because they are on a more limited schedule, I would need to have those services on a separate schedule.
And finally my on location services, because those are on designated days of the month, I would need a different schedule for each.
Because you can have a variety of schedules, we suggest using a descriptive name.
Note: Standard and Premier Members can have an unlimited amount of schedules
Services
While each Availability Schedule can have multiple Services, you will need to select at least one service for your schedule.
If you have more than one service, the client will be able to select from the services offered on the Availability Schedule from your Main URL.
Direct Links for Services
Once your Availability Schedule is created, you can also provide your contacts with a Direct Link to the Service instead of the main link. The direct link is to the right of each service.
The direct link will take your contacts to the booking page, bypassing the need to select from the list of services as seen below.
Public Link
Once you Availability Schedule is saved, you will also see your Public Link and Embed Script in this section. There you can easily copy, embed, or view.
CROSS CHECKING CALENDARS
If you are offering multiple services on one Availability Schedule it is critical to cross check all calendars used in each service to ensure you are not double booking yourself.
Example
If you have two services, Consultation Phone Call and Feedback Zoom Call, on one Availability Schedule. And, each service has a different calendar for the To Be Approve Calendar and the Confirmation Calendar.
Service | To Be Approved Calendar | Confirmation Calendar |
Consultation Phone Call | Approval Calendar | Booked Phone Calls |
Feedback Zoom Call | Zoom Approval Calendar | Booked Zoom Calls |
Then you will need to cross check all four calendars on the Availability Schedule to ensure you are not double booking.
