Bookings are automatically confirmed unless you enable the Approval and Booking Settings. This will allow you to review the booking or gather more information before confirming the booking.

HOW IT WORKS

Enable Approval Settings

Enabling Approval Settings on the right allow leads and clients to book your service; however service will be pending until you confirm the booking.

You can easily remove the functionality by disabling it by toggling the switch back off.

Notifications

When a pending booking is made, you will receive a notification via email. You will also be alerted on the your 17hats Dashboard. From your Dashboard, Project, or Booking area you will easily be able to Confirm your booking.

Functionality

There are a variety of ways you can customize your Pending Booking.

↠ Calendar

We suggest creating a separate 17hats Calendar for Pending Events. Therefore you have an easy visual on your calendar to what is booked and what is pending. T

↠ Add and Remove Project Tags

Add Tags for all Pending Bookings. If you plan to use 17hats Premier Feature Pipelines, you will need add Project Tags here.

For Standard and Premier Members, you can also Remove Project Tags as well.

Start a Workflow

Triggering a Workflow for a Pending Booking is a great way to gather more information. This is helpful if you need your contact to complete a quote or pay and invoice.


You can also add an action item within the workflow that can automatically confirm the booking once previous items are completed:
