Within your Online Scheduling Service you can create custom Terms of Service and Confirmation Message.

HOW IT WORKS

Create a new Service or edit an existing Service and scroll down to Booking Message.

Terms of Service

Terms of service is what they will need to agree to before booking your Service. Within this area you can create Terms of Service Templates that can be reused in other Online Scheduling Services.

ProTip: Add your cancellation and late policy to your terms of service.

Confirmation Message

This message the lead or client will see directly after booking. We suggest keeping the message short and specific to what they need to know about the booking. The message will be added to the calendar invite.

You can create a template for your Confirmation Message, so that it can be reused in other Services.
