To better suit the needs of your business, you can create your own accounting categories for categorizing transactions.
A complete listing of accounting categories can be viewed and managed by going to "Bookkeeping Options" under "Account Settings", or click here if you're already signed in to your 17hats account.
To add a new category under the appropriate section:
Income
Transfers
Cost of Goods Sold
Expense
Equity
Assets
Liabilities
From "Bookkeeping Options", select "Add Category" in the appropriate section.
