There may come a time when you need to manually refresh your bank account, after you have connected your account to 17hats. To do this, simply navigate to the "Bookkeeping" tab. Next, select the bank you wish to manually refresh from the drop down list and press the "Search" button. Only after doing this will the "Refresh Account" button become available:
Step (1) - Select your bank from the drop down menu:
Step (2) - Press the "Search" button
Step (3) - Press "REFRESH ACCOUNT"
*Please note that you may be required to enter your credentials again after pressing "REFRESH ACCOUNT" button.
* This feature may not be available on all plan types.
