How do I add a Lead Capture Form to Facebook?
First, navigate to your Lead Capture Forms page
2. Then click on "Install form" and select Facebook:
3. Copy the URL that is displayed in the dialog box, similar to the one in the red box shown below.
4. Log into your Facebook business page, click the 3 dot menu and select "Add Action Button".
5. Select the "Contact Us" option and click "Next".
6. Paste the URL into the box where it says "Add website link" then click "Save".
