For each document you create within 17hats, you'll be able to see various activity such as when it was sent or edited.
Anytime a document is created, sent, or deleted, a record will be created within the "Activity" tab of your project.
You can also see activity for each individual document by opening it within the project.
The history will appear in the top right above the document as shown below.
Questionnaire Activity
For questionnaires, you'll be able to see when the document was created, sent, viewed, and answered.
Invoice Activity
For invoices, you'll be able to see when the document was created, sent, viewed, and paid.
Contract Activity
For contracts, you'll be able to see when the document was created, sent, viewed, signed, or edited. If you do edit the contract, you'll be able to view a previous version of the contract only if it was signed.
Quote Activity
For quotes, you'll be able to see when the document was created, sent, viewed, edited, and accepted.
Things to keep in mind:
Only the Quote and Contract documents will show when/if the document was edited.
Only the Contract document will show the previous copy of an edited document.
