Determine Your Account Type
First, you'll need to determine which email plan you have subscribed to with CrazyDomains:
Email Exchange 2016 - works only if you have the latest version of the Crazy Domains Email Exchange hosting service.
Email Exchange 2013 - works only if you have the older version of the Crazy Domains Email Exchange hosting service.
Regular Email Hosting - works only if you have the Crazy Domains Regular Email Hosting service.
If you're not sure which service you have, please contact CrazyDomains Support and ask for the full IMAP and SMTP settings for your email account.
