Updating the Account tab within your Brand Preferences will allow you to change three main 17hats. You can change the internal look of your 17hats account, the web-address that appears when customers view their documents and client portal and set your timezone.

Background
The background section will change the blue background of your internal view. This does not affect what your customer sees.

Sub-Domain
​Your Sub-Domain is the URL/Website address your customers see when viewing documents and accessing their Client Portal. We recommend using your business name like in the example below:

Time Zone
The Time Zone preference sets where calendar events and scheduled tasks and workflow items are based.

If you do not see your city or location listed, you can use one of the following cities  for your specific time zone. 

PST = Los Angeles
MDT = America/Denver
MST = America/Boise
CST = America/Chicago
EST = America/New York

What else can you update within your Brand Preferences? Add your Logo and Favicon to keep a consistent branding look.
