Once you create a Lead Capture form for each of the locations you gather leads, you’ll need to install it! There are four ways you can install your Lead Capture Form.

1. A Link to the 17hats Form on your website, in an email, or on a blog or social media post. This will open the 17hats hosted form in a new browser window.
2. A link to a pop-up form.
3. Embed the form on your website
4. Add a button to link the form on your Facebook page

Installing your Lead Capture Forms with a link or by embedding it is easy! First, navigate to your Lead Capture Form template page and select the form you wish to install.

Alternatively, you can get to your Lead Capture Forms by going to your Account Settings page and opening the "Lead Capture Forms" page shown below:

Once you've navigated to the Lead Capture Form template page, open the specific form you'd like to install.. Then, click the “Install Form” button on the top right of the form. Select either the “Link To 17hats Form”, “Link to Dialog Window,” or “Insert Form on Website” option.

Using the link to 17hats Form option provides you with the website URL of the 17hats hosted form. You can use this URL to add a hyperlink to text on your website, email, or another posting.

This option will provide HTML coding you can paste anywhere into a site you have access to the source code. As there are many website providers, you’ll want to search your websites help center to find specific instructions on how to install HTML coding to your site.

Once added, the code will automatically add a link on your page that will open the form in a pop-up dialog window.

Insert Form On Website

Similar to the Dialog Window option, this will provide iframe coding you can paste anywhere into a site you have access to the source code. As there are many website providers, you’ll want to search your websites help center to find specific instructions on how to install iframe coding to your site.

Depending on the website you use, you may need to add a widget to your site for the form to appear correctly. If you're using Wordpress, you may need to use a widget to install the form. Please review the article linked below to see more about how you can best install your form.

In addition to these three installation options, you can also link your Form to your Facebook Page, or use it in Facebook Messenger. To see how to add your form to your Facebook page or to use it with Facebook Messenger, click one of the buttons below.
