When a new lead is automatically added to your 17hats account via a 17hats Lead Capture Form or Email Lead Capture Rule, it is brought in under "New Leads" on your Dashboard:
And on your Leads tab:
Once certain actions are performed within 17hats, the lead will then move to "Active" and be removed from your Dashboard.
We have listed these actions below, along with common actions that do not move the lead out of the "New" section.
Moves New Lead to Active Lead
Manually sent email
“Approve before sending” Workflow email
Automatically-sent Document via Workflow (only available in the Premier plan)
Manually move a lead from "New" to "Active" by clicking the X on the Dashboard next to their information:
Doesn't Move New Lead to Active Lead
Auto-replies
Email sent to lead from within email provider
