Members can now edit the location of a Booking made through Online Scheduling directly from the 17hats Project.
This ensures the updated location syncs correctly across the platform.
Important:
The Booking Location must be updated from the Project → Bookings tab.
Do not update the location on:
The Calendar event
The Project Details section
Updating those areas will not properly sync the new location to the Online Scheduling booking.
How to Change a Booking Location
Navigate to the Project
Click the Bookings tab
Locate the relevant booking
Click the down arrow on the right side of the booking
Select Edit Location
Enter the new location
Save
What Gets Updated Automatically
When the Booking Location is updated from the Bookings tab, the system will automatically update:
Project Location (if the Project Location was set by Online Scheduling)
Calendar Events (in 17hats and synced Google Calendars)
Online Scheduling Location Tokens used in automated emails
This ensures consistency across scheduling confirmations and reminders.
Zoom Bookings with Online Scheduling
Editing the Zoom Link with Online Scheduling Booking is not currently available, but you may change the type of location from Zoom to Phone Call or In-Person.
