Meta Pixel tracking in 17hats Online Scheduling helps you understand what’s working in your marketing. By tracking key actions, like when someone views your scheduling page or books an appointment, you can see which ads and campaigns are driving real results.
Within Online Scheduling Services, add your MetaPixel and select the conversion event you wish to track.
Add Your Meta Pixel
In your 17hats account, go to Online Scheduling.
Open your desired Scheduling Service.
Under 12. Tracking Keys, paste your Meta Pixel ID.
Choose which one of three event you you want to track.
Available Events
An events will trigger when a visitor clicks the Booked button. You can select the best event for the service you are offering.
Lead:
Use when services that deal with leads such as consultations and discovery calls.
Purchase:
Use when the contact is purchasing upon scheduling.
Schedule:
Use when a client is scheduling a meeting with you such as a post service meeting or phone call.
The “View” Event
The View event helps you understand how visitors are interacting with your scheduling calendar before booking.
It will trigger when a visitor:
Lands on a page that has your online scheduling calendar embedded
Accesses the calendar directly
Selects one of multiple services in your scheduling options
Example Use Case
If you embed your scheduling calendar on a landing page, Meta Pixel will trigger:
View when a visitor views with the calendar
Lead, Purchase, or Schedule when the visitor completes a booking
This setup allows you to measure conversion rates from page views to booked sessions.
