Outgoing Mail Server

Please note, we only connect with IMAP email addresses. Office365 through Outlook uses an exchange server (POP).  You may need to upgrade your email to IMAP through Godaddy's Workspace Mail. To learn more about GoDaddy's email plans, and to upgrade you can go to this site: https://www.godaddy.com/help/change-your-email-account-plan-3135

If you use Office365 through GoDaddy, try connecting your Outgoing Server using these settings:

Server: smtpout.secureserver.net  
Port: 465
SSL: Yes

Server: smtpout.secureserver.net
Port: 25
SSL:
No

Server: smtpout.secureserver.net
Port: 80
SSL:
No


Please note that sometimes the attempt to connect will time-out, which causes the connection to appear to fail. Please try connecting a few additional times with the same Server settings, and then contact Support@17hats.com and we can help troubleshoot.
