Navigate to Account Settings > Email Settings.

Please make sure the email address added in your Account Settings next to "Email Sent As" is the same email address you're trying to sync to your Outgoing Server in order for the sync to work.
If the "Email Sent As" email is different from the email you're trying to sync next to Outgoing Server then you'll need change the email you're syncing or the email that's added next to "Email Sent As".
To update the email address that's in your "Email Sent As" section, you can go to your Account Settings > Edit "My Account Info" and edit the email address next to "Email Address".
Please note, we only connect with IMAP email addresses. Office365 through Outlook uses an exchange server (POP). You may need to upgrade your email to IMAP through Godaddy's Workspace Mail. Please note that sometimes the attempt to connect will time-out, which causes the connection to appear to fail. Please try connecting a few additional times with the same Server settings, and then contact Support@17hats.com and we can help troubleshoot.
