You can easily import your contacts from you G-Suite into 17hats using the following instructions

First, open your Google Gmail Account, then click on the "Google Apps" Icon on the top right of the screen and select your "Contacts" app.

You'll then be taken to your contacts page where you can select your contacts. To do so, first, highlight all the contacts on the screen.

Next, click the "More" drop down and select the option to "Export"

This will bring you to a pop-up allowing you to decide which contacts you want to export (The contacts selected, your groups, or all of them) and the format to export.

Select the option to export the file as a Google CSV file. This will automatically download a copy of the contacts to your downloads folder in your computer.

Before you can upload this sheet to 17hats, you'll need to update the information Google exported.

To do so, go to your Google Drive and upload the CSV contact file you just exported. Once uploaded, you'll be able to open and edit the file in Google Sheets.

Next, customize the headers to match those in this spreadsheet. Since many users have access to this particular file is shared as a "view only" file, so you'll need to copy and paste the headers into your current file.

At the end of this process, your spreadsheet should look similar to this:

All information from Google should match the 17hats headers provided in this article, or be removed.

Finally, export your customized sheet! You can do this by clicking the "files" tab, "Download as" option, then select the "Comma Separated Value" file type indicated by the red boxes and arrow.

Now it's time to upload this to 17hats! Click here to see a further explanation of setting up your file and the import process.
