To better suit the needs of your business, you can create your own accounting categories for categorizing transactions.

A complete listing of accounting categories can be viewed and managed by going to "Bookkeeping Options" under "Account Settings", or click below:

To add a new category under the appropriate section: 

  • Income
  • Transfers
  • Cost of Goods Sold
  • Expense
  • Equity
  • Assets
  • Liabilities

From "Bookkeeping Options", select  "Add Category" in the appropriate section.
